Privacy policy

Effective October 18, 2026. This policy applies to Timmy Local Uploader, the owner-operated local publishing tool for the timmytuffknucklesai YouTube channel.

Google data accessed

After the channel owner authorizes access, the uploader receives OAuth access and refresh credentials. It reads the authorized channel’s identifier and title and information about uploaded videos, including their identifiers, processing state and visibility. It sends video files and selected publication metadata to YouTube.

Purpose and limits

This access is used to verify the intended channel, upload completed tutorials, confirm publication and avoid duplicate uploads. Google account data is not sold, used for advertising or used to train generalized AI models. Access is limited to the YouTube upload and read-only permissions requested during consent.

Storage and sharing

OAuth credentials are stored in owner-restricted files on the operator’s computer. Local project records preserve publication receipts, source materials, media and audit logs. Credentials are transmitted to Google for authorization and token refresh; video files and publication metadata are transmitted to YouTube. Videos published publicly can be seen and shared by others.

The wider production process uses OpenAI and ElevenLabs to generate and review generic narration. Google OAuth credentials and YouTube account data are not supplied to those narration services. This static information website does not accept uploads, sign-ins or OAuth callbacks and has no application analytics or advertising code. Its hosting provider may process ordinary request information, such as IP address and browser headers, to deliver and secure the pages.

Retention and deletion

Local production artifacts and publication records are retained until the operator deletes them; there is no automatic deletion schedule. Revoking authorization stops future authorized API access but does not delete existing YouTube uploads, local files or records. The operator can delete local OAuth credentials and production records. Published videos are managed separately in YouTube.

Revoke access

The account owner can revoke the uploader’s access from Google Account connections. After revocation, unattended uploads require renewed authorization.

Google API commitments

Timmy Local Uploader’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
