Terms of Service

About this tool

Timmy Local Uploader is a private, owner-operated local tool for preparing and publishing videos to the timmytuffknucklesai YouTube channel. It is not offered as a public upload service, and this website does not provide account registration or accept video uploads.

Authorized use

Use the uploader only with a Google account and YouTube channel you own or are authorized to manage. You are responsible for the content, permissions, metadata and publication settings you authorize, including public visibility. Upload only material you have the right to publish, and comply with applicable laws and YouTube policies.

Google and YouTube

The uploader uses YouTube API Services. By using the uploader, users agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. The Google APIs Terms of Service also govern applicable API use. This tool is operated independently of Google and YouTube.

Privacy and access

The privacy policy describes data access, local storage, retention and revocation. You may stop using the tool and revoke its Google account authorization at any time. Revocation does not remove videos already published to YouTube.

Operation and availability

Uploads depend on local production checks, valid credentials, network connectivity, API quotas and provider availability. An upload or publishing schedule is not guaranteed. The operator may update or discontinue the tool. Keep original media and inspect publication receipts to confirm results.
